From 1951-1971, THE RED SKELTON SHOW showcased the zany comedy stylings of its carrot-topped star, a vaudeville-trained funnyman whose talent for improv in the face of unexpected flubs lent the series much of its charm. This best-of compilation features some of the sketch-comedy series' most iconic guest appearances - Vincent Price, Martha Raye, Fabian, Amanda Blake, Billy Gilbert, and Frank Lovejoy - as well as a collection of ''lost'' episodes; a volume of bloopers, blunders, and ad-libs; and a selection of clips entitled RED SKELTON: KING OF LAUGHTER.

In 1979, Alan Arkin and Peter Falk starred in the classic comedy THE IN-LAWS, in which Arkin played a timid dentist who gets involved in dangerous government intrigue - or with the ravings of a lunatic - when he meets Vincent Ricardo, the father of the man Arkin's daughter is going to marry. That hysterical situation is back with Andrew Fleming's riotous remake, with Albert Brooks as Jerry Peyser, a podiatrist who gets more than he ever could have bargained for when his daughter, Melissa, gets engaged to Mark, whose father, Steve Tobias (Michael Douglas), claims to be a spy and involves Jerry in some very questionable - and very funny - situations. The soundtrack includes well-known 1970s pop songs as well as new music from Paul McCartney.
